Does anyone have the cinnamon cake recipe from the back card of the Octopus pan from Williams Sonoma? - william sonoma octopus cake recipe

I have tried for almost two years to replicate the recipe, and I lose my mind. Thank you.

He makes a 9-by-13-inch cake

1 stick butter, at room temperature
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, separated
16 oz sour cream
1 1 / 2 c. Tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1 / 2 c. Tea Soda
1 teaspoon baking powder tea
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
12 oz chocolate chips
1. Have ready a greased 9 by 13 inch rectangular cookware. Set the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, cream butter and 1 1 / 2 cups sugar, then a mixture of egg yolks, cream and vanilla.

3. In a medium bowl together seven flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Toss with the butter mixture.

4. Beat the egg whites until they hold stiff folds, then into the batter. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon with the remaining 1 / 2 cup of sugar and chocolate.

5. To fill half the cake batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the surface with half the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter on top, then cover with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.

6. Bake 40-50 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
